Scheduled presenters must affix posters to their assigned poster board between 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM on SATURDAY,
June 5. If you are not arriving until SUNDAY, June 6, you may hang your poster(s) on Sunday, June 6, between 7:00 -
9:45 AM. To minimize disruptions during poster viewing times, SNM strongly discourages poster hanging during live
attendee viewing hours, “Visit the Exhibits” times, and scheduled “Meet the Author” poster sessions. Therefore, it is
very important to hang your poster(s) on Saturday or, at the very latest, Sunday morning.

The Poster Hall will formally open for attendee viewing on Saturday evening, June 5, from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM during
the Welcome Reception and Exhibit Hall Opening.

Location: POSTER HALL (Exhibit Hall E at the Salt Palace Convention Center, Salt Lake City, UT)

report to the Sci Sessions Logistics Center (Room 252A) if you plan to leave the Meeting early.
POSTER AWARDS
This year, SNM will select 10 posters from each scientific track as candidates for poster awards. Candidate posters
will be selected prior to the Annual Meeting, based on their scores. Each award candidate poster will be identified in
the Poster Hall (Exhibit Hall E) by a color-coded ribbon placed on the poster board next to the poster.

All 10 candidate posters from each track will be judged onsite by a panel of experts. The top three from each track
will be announced as winners during the 45-minute “Meet the Author” poster session for the relevant track.

AUTHORS OF MULTIPLE POSTERS: It is imperative that Presenting Authors are available for Q&A during their
