View assigned number in display To call this number choose Enter the next number
Press the DIAL soft button
RETRIEVE PARKED CALL Within the District dial the

Outside the District dial 9 and the phone

Unity Voice Mail
1. Press the MESSAGE button.
2. • If at you are on your phone enter your default password (provided by
principal) • If you are on another phone press “*”, and enter your
mailbox number.
3. Enter your password. (See your campus principal or secretary for
default password)
4. Record your name the District Directory.
5. Press # to accept.
6. Record Greeting.
Example:
“You have reached the office of _____________. I am currently
unavailable to take your call.
Please leave your name and number, and I will return your call. Thank
you.”
. • Press 1 to rerecord
. • Press # to accept
7. Change your password. (Must be at least 5 characters in length)
. • Enter new password
. • Reconfirm entry
Your Voice Mail is now set up!
Unity Voice Mail
1. FROM YOUR PHONE:
• Hit the MESSAGE button. Voice mail will prompt you to enter your password. Enter
your PASSWORD.
2. 2. FROM WITHIN THE OFFICE BUT NOT YOUR DIRECT EXTENSION:
• Dial the main voice mail number 3599 (or press the Message Button) then press the STAR KEY “ ” *
and voice mail
will prompt you for your ID (this is the same as your extension/mailbox number). Once you
enter your mailbox number, voice mail will prompt you to enter your password. Enter your
PASSWORD.
3. CALLING IN FROM OUTSIDE THE OFFICE:
• Dial the main number 817.547.3599. When voice mail answers, press the STAR KEY “ ”. *
Voice mail will prompt you for your ID (this is the same as your extension/mailbox number).
Once you enter your mailbox number, voice mail will prompt you to enter your password. Enter
your PASSWORD.
-NOTE- ANYTIME THAT YOU HEAR A PRERECORED GREETING WHEN CALLING
INTOTHE SYSTEM
(INTERNALLY OR EXTERNALLY) PRESS THE STAR ( *
) TO BE PROMPTED FOR
YOUR VOICE MAIL ID/MAILBOX NUMBER. THIS IS A HIDDEN OPTION, YOU WILL
NEVER HEAR A PROMPT FOR SUBSCRIBER LOG IN.
