1. Introduction
   This status report addresses the performance of the SORCE spacecraft, instruments, and
   ground assets during the week of Thursday, October 30, through Wednesday, November
   5, 2008.

   There were three MU Read 0 events reported during the past week.

   At 2008/304-17:13:47 the RWA torque test patch was applied to remove a reaction wheel
   from the solution should the test fail due to a torque mismatch.
   Reaction wheel 3 was turned off at 2008/305-15:47:05, transitioning from 4-wheel control to 3-
   wheel control. Normal-target-sun pointing was maintained during the event. On average
   slews are taking about 0.15 seconds longer than predicted, with a maximum of 0.45 seconds
   (0.24%). The planning and scheduling system allows a 3 second buffer at the end for the
   slew to complete so the error will not impact scheduling of maneuvers.
   The inertial fixed pointing appears to be slightly better than what in 4-wheel control. The
   wheel speeds for wheels 1, 2, and 4 are significantly lower and the number of zero crossings
   are significantly increased from operating in 4-wheel control.
   SOLSTICE-A experienced a grating drive error on 2008/308-21:01:08. It was recovered by
   TMON/RTS response.

      Since December 2005, the Planning and Scheduling group activates XPS for a continuous 1-min
      integration at filter wheel position 6 (0.1-18 nm range) and only plans a monthly calibration
      experiment.

6. Data Processing Summary
