Kootenay Lake DPAC AGM Minutes October 26, 2006 Page 1
That the following amendments be made to "Section XI DUTIES
OF THE EXECUTIVE OFFICERS, Subsection A. CHAIRPERSON"
of the Kootenay Lake DPAC constitution:
6. add after the word "Council," the following phrase "and as an
official spokesperson of the council, shall represent only the
wishes of the council and never themselves as an individual
add new 10. "shall ensure that the DPAC executive committee
has discussed and consented to actions regarding DPAC
interactions with partner groups and the school board."
5) Election of Officers – Kathy Couch Chaired this portion, as the
Nominations Committee Chair.
President – Brooke nominated Susan Wilson, second Heather.
Vice President – Susan nominated Carolyn Hawton, second by
Recording Secretary – Susan nominated Brooke Campbell, Christie
Treasurer – Susan nominated Christie Heron, second by Carolyn.
District Associate – Liaison position for BCCPAC with our DPAC. No
nominations so the position will remain open.
Correspondence Secretary – no nominations so the position will
