TACOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) & US Army Garrison- Detroit Arsenal (USAG-DTA) Department of the Army (DA)
                                               civilian employees

                                                           Program Details:

                                           Pre-Assessment Program Start Date: Jan 12 2009
                                                         Start Date: Jan 18 2009
   First line supervisors may approve up to 3 hours per week excused to participate in Command sponsored formal physical exercise
                                                 Duration of program is up to six months
                                         Pre & post program participation evaluation required
                                        Participants are monitored continuously during all times
                                       Program must include exercise and nutritional education
                                                Program offered one time only per person
                                   Enrollment on first come, first serve basis – Limit 100 Participants


  The Community Health Promotion Program (CHPP) encourages members of the Total Army Health Family engage in a program of
 consistent exercise and other positive health habits. Through increased activity, the CHPP yields participating DA civilians employees
                                   lower health risks and increase emotional and spiritual well-being.

     This Program is available to “ALL” DA Civilian employees assigned to TACOM LCMC at Detroit Arsenal and USAG-DTA.
