Glover, E s q . , a d v i s e d the Commission t h a t S t a f f h a s no objection t o the r e q u e s t e d waiver. W e s t V i r g i n i a Code S e c t i o n 24-1-9 p r o v i d e s f o r a t i m e p e r i o d o f a t l e a s t t w e n t y ( 2 0 ) d a y s ' f r o m the d a t e o f a recommended o r d e r u n t i l i t becomes e f f e c t i v e . A c c o r d i n g t o S e c t i o n 2 4 - 1 - 9 ( c ) , a t l e a s t f i f t e e n ( 1 5 ) d a y s m u s t be a f f o r d e d the p a r t i e s w i t h i n w h i c h t o f i l e e x c e p t i o n s . I n a d d i t i o n , S e c t i o n 2 4 - 1 - 9 ( e ) p r o v i d e s t h a t when no e x c e p t i o n s a r e f i l e d w i t h i n the s p e c i f i e d t i m e p e r i o d , the C o m m i s s i o n s h a l l have an a d d i t i o n a l f i v e ( 5 ) d a y s w i t h i n w h i c h t o s t a y or p o s t p o n e the o r d e r . c .. The Commission i s therefore of the opinion and b e l i e f that s a i d p e t i t i o n of waiver received b y the Conuuission on November 30, 1988, should be granted. I T I S , THEREFORE, ORDERED t h a t the requested waiver be, and the same hereby i s , granted .
