Revision of Borrowing Privileges Jean and Alexander Heard Library
Designated borrowers, with concurrence of their home departments, may change their borrowing privileges from staff (borrowing period of 28 days for many materials) to faculty (borrowing period of 365 days for many materials) for libraries other than Eskind Biomedical Library. A staff member who wishes to change his borrowing privileges may return this completed form to any Circulation Desk (except Eskind Biomedical Library). Applicant Information
