Results, calculations and exercises for R-L circuit
i. Calculate the instantaneous currents for each voltage recorded using equations (v)
and (vi) as shown below.
Value of instant voltage during rise time
Increase Instant Current = (v)
Value of resistance
Value of instant voltage during decay time
Decreasing Instant Current = (vi)

ii. Using the current equations i.e. equations (i) and (ii) calculate the theoretical
instantaneous current values when t = L/R, t = 2(L/R) and t = 3(L/R) for the
exponentially increase and an exponentially decay currents.

iii. Record your results obtained from (i) and (ii) in Table 1.0.
