Use the following point to check the formatting of your final draft:

Characters should be black, evenly spaced, neat, and dense. Correcting liquid and other
impermanent methods of correction should not be used.

        Use only left justification.

Good-quality clean, white bond paper, thick enough to be opaque, should be used (20 lb.
       base is acceptable).

Font size must be a minimum of 12 points. You may use 10 point font size for graphs,
       formulas, and appendices (avoid italics).

Use only Times New Roman font.

The printed lines must be double spaced, on one side of the paper only. Single spacing
may be used for long quoted passages and footnotes. The preferred location for footnotes
is either at the bottom of the page or at the end of the chapters to which they refer.

The size of the pages should be 21.5 cm x 28 cm (8 1/2" x 11"), the text reading across
the 21.5 cm dimension. The all margins should be set at 2 cm.

Check that all pages are present, in sequence, and correctly numbered.

Every page, following the first page must be numbered with Arabic numbers (ie 1, 2, 3,
4, etc.) in the upper right hand corner.

References are to be written in APA format.

The cover page should contain the only the following information (note: academic
writing does not have images which decorate a cover page):

           a. Title (14 size font)

           b. Author

           c. Submitted to (Teacher name) on (Due date)
