In Germany, JPMorgan is a leading participant in the M&A market with several major deals
won to date and actively bidding on multiple transactions at present. JPMorgan has a
strong track record in advising family-owned businesses.


The team
JPMorgan’s Private Client Advisory (PCA) team delivers investment banking services to
family-owned businesses. We offer M&A, IPO, Equity Private Placement and other
corporate finance services exclusively to privately held companies. The PCA team closely
co-operates with the IB-partners of the different sector- and product teams.


The role
The German PCA team is looking for interns on an ongoing basis to work within the
Frankfurt based PCA team for about four months. In particular, PCA is looking for the
following qualifications and key competencies:

   •   Quantitative and analytical skills: Strong focus on quantitative analysis of extensive
       data sets, preferably advanced knowledge in MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint
   •   Language skills: Good German and English language skills
   •   Other skills: Good communication and organization skills
   •   Education/qualification: Advanced in your/ultimate year of your studies and a
       strong interest in a career in investment banking, outstanding academic
       achievements
   •   Personality: Highly energetic, flexible, self-confident, creative thinker, results-
       oriented approach and success-driven mind-set


Start Date: With immediate effect, duration internship min 4 months
