Burgan SMS (Short Message Service) is an easy and convenient way of staying connected with your account using your mobile phone. Two methods are available – ‘Push Text’ and ‘Pull Text’. ‘Pull Text’ allows you to pre-request specific details and receive fast responses by SMS for different products and services. ‘Push Text’ allows you to choose SMS alerts for specified events. For example, you may wish to be alerted on account balance changes, overdrawn account limits, or when your credit card spend exceeds a preset limit, etc. To access, simply SMS a text with the service code (e.g. ACB) to 804080.
