What happens after a brain injury?
Physical difficulties, including speech & vision problems, hearing loss, fatigue & headaches. Cognitive difficulties including problems with memory, attention, concentration, perception, communication, reading, planning, & judgment. Behavioral and emotional difficulties, including mood swings, anxiety, depression, & problems with interpersonal skills The Brain Injury Support Group offers support and education for individuals suffering from the effects of a traumatic brain injury. People with brain injury often face common issues, and you do not need to go through them alone. This group will help members learn to adapt to the physical, mental, & emotional losses they have suffered.
