assessment procedures we apply have resulted in the Adventurous
Activity Licensing Authority's (AALA) accreditation of many of our teams.

Integration, Teamwork & Leadership are the principle themes running
through this Skill Force flagship programme. Established with the support
of the Commission for Racial Equality (CRE), Project ONE uses Skill Force's
proven expertise in leadership and team working to bring different groups of
people together in order to achieve a range of positive outcomes.
The programme uses adventurous training and Skill Force's own "Leadership
Award" to develop leadership skills within an intense and challenging team based
environment. Participants learn about and from one another and through the
challenging shared experience find out how to communicate more effectively and
with far greater understanding.
Project ONE has tangible benefits for all involved, participants report feeling the
positive impact of the programme many months after the event itself. The
programme also provides an on-going opportunity for participants to develop their
team working and leadership skills through the completion of an accredited Wider Key Skills development:
