The annual, sold out dinner saluting the Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce Vivian Gaines Tanner- Paxton Business of the Year was recently held on May 14, 2009 at The Culinary Institute of America in the Saint Andrews Cafe. This year’s sponsors for the event were our friends at the Culinary Institute of America and Rhinebeck Savings Bank . As part of the evening's events, Mr. and Mrs. Delarm were presented with an original work by the late Vivian Gaines Tanner - Paxton, donated by John Paxton, owner of The Tanner Paxton Gallery, 44 Bennett Rd. Poughkeepsie. A Silent Auction was also held to benefit the Hyde Park Chamber's ongoing beautification program. It was a wonderful evening for all!
