                                 process we made unsolicited offers on properties and located a facility a few blocks away from
Frank Coluccio Const.
                                 their current site at 5200 Denver Ave that met their current requirements with future growth
Georgetown Brewing               potential. The 37,960 sf property closed on August 9, 2007 for a price of $4,700,000.
Harsch Investment
                             • Buyer representation assignment for Northwest Wholesale Florist, a 45,000 square feet of

                                 warehouse/office space that would serve as a distribution and warehouse site for the largest

Toth Construction                Provide updated information on weekly basis, including recent lease comps, competing
                                 properties and leasing activity. Reduced vacancy from 11.3% to 0% vacancy in an 8-month
Traverso Properties              period by filling over 10 spaces within the park.

                             • Tenant representation assignment for Super Supplements’ Corporate Headquarters and
Neil Walter Company              Distribution Center. Negotiated 10-year lease for 59,876 square feet located at 750 South
                                 Michigan Street in Seattle. Through relationships I was able to notify and tour Super
