(Hong Kong, April 8, 2010) Mother s Day on Sunday, May 9, 2010 is the perfect chance to say
thank you to every beloved mother and The Luxe Manor is celebrating this heartwarming
occasion by offering      Paintertainment gourmet lunch and dinner menus at the signature
Italian restaurant Aspasia, delighted by a painting party at Gallery in Dada Bar + Lounge.


Paintertainment is a fantastic concept combining painting and entertainment, to unleash
creativity and to be relaxed through painting. With a canvas, a set of painting tools and
unlimited supply of acrylic paint, participants will enjoy a stress-free and fun-filled experience
by painting in their own style in party atmosphere, without the fear of limited imagination and
the lack of skills. It will be the best treat to reward every beloved Mum by setting her free from
the daily chores, while giving our guests the lovely opportunity for a family get-together.


With an additional price of HK$250 per person on top of the Mother s Day menu, guests will be
entitled to join the painting party at Dada with free-flow soft drinks from 3pm       7pm, after
lunch or before dinner.


Mothers also deserve an ultimate indulgence of fine Italian cuisine from Aspasia. For the
Mother s Day lunch, guests can enjoy a sumptuous meal of their choice, with price ranging
from HK$268     HK$398, from a selection of tasty Italian inspired appetizers, pastas, mains and
desserts.


The ample menu designed specially for the Mother s Day celebrations includes a selection of
starters such as Smoked Salmon Mi-Cuit, Confit Egg Yolk, Asparagus and Caviar , Pan Seared
Scallop with Crispy Foie Gras, Green Apple and Celery Root , and Chicken Terrine wrapped in
Cabbage, Chanterelle Mushrooms Duxelles and Piccalilli . Pasta selections highlight Aspasia s
mastery of cooking world-class Italian cuisine with specialties including Aspasia Vegetable
Soup, Porcini and Black Truffle Risotto, Spaghetti with Clams and Bottarga, Tordelli Lucchesi
stuffed with Cinta Senese Pork Ragout in Butter and Sage Sauce.
Among the three elaborate main course dishes, diners can choose from Roasted Rack of Lamb
with Braised Lamb Neck and Vegetable Cassuolette , Pan Fried Sea Bass with Sautéed Barba
dei Frati in Mediterranean Guazzetto and Grilled Beef Sirloin with Deep Fried Potatoes, Celery
Leaves and Green Apple Salad

The desserts of White Chocolate Yogurt Soup with Pistachio Ice Cream and Passion Fruit Gelée
or Fruit Salad with Ice Cream will be served, followed by coffee and tea complements the
delicacies of the Mother s Day lunch menu.


The Mother s Day dinner menu priced at HK$ 688 per person showcases a wide selection of the
finest Italian ingredients for which Aspasia is well known for.


The dinner will be unveiled by        Poached Langoustine with Lemon Dressing, Avocado
Guacamole and Smoked Tuna Salad , followed by Tagliolini with Tomatoes, Burrata Basil and
Bottarga or Black Truffle and Pumpkin Risotto with Nebbiolo Wine Braised Veal Shank .


Guests can then choose the next course between Fillet of Turbot with Girolles Mushroom
Duxelles, Asparagus and Lemon Sea Urchin Foam and Wagyu Beef Tenderloin and Foie Gras
with Garlic infused Mash Potatoes and Snails


The sweet treat - Wild Berries Salad with Cinnamon Ice Cream and Caramelized Catalan Form
- will make the dinner menu complete.


The painting party is also available at Dada regularly during weekends starting May while
private painting party is also available during weekdays by advance booking.
