Job Title: Administration Officer, CAF America Donor Fund

Grade or Grade Range: 9

Department: Individual Giving, Trust Services

Main purpose of job:
Responsible for the administration of CAF America Donor Fund and provision of an account
service for existing and new clients. To deal with enquiries from prospective new clients seeking
to use our Services.

Responsible to: Finance Manager, Trust Services

Budgetary responsibilities: None

Responsible for (staff/jobs): None

Key Job Responsibilities:
     • Administer CAF America Donor Fund services
     • Administer trusts for CAF America Donor Fund clients
     • Deal with all service enquiries and attend internal and external client meetings when
        required.
     • Record receipts, grants, fees and other payments on to a computer system.
     • Prepare UK Tax repayment claims
     • Produce statements and other information for the clients as requested.
     • Comply with the protocol as agreed with CAF America.
     • Provide information to CAF America to enable them to check on Bridger and review
        positive / false positive positions
     • Carry out money laundering due diligence checks and validation checks in accordance
        with protocol
     • Prepare Board Reports and request and process payments authorised by the Board.
     • Provide information to Finance Department as required.
