					Marketing Coordinator Job Description (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

   •   Produce weekly church bulletin
   •   Print and stock marketing materials
   •   Assist with managing Marketing calendar for distribution and viewing of
       publications and other media
   •   Provide web content updates to webmaster. Update Access ACS portion of
       website
   •   Produce monthly e-newsletter and email blasts using Constant Contact
   •   Export data from the database to develop and maintain email lists
   •   Light graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite
   •   Write and edit copy for announcements, website, collateral, e-newsletter &
       website
   •   Process departmental invoices for payment
   •   Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

   •   Excellent writing skills, with strong sense of tone needed for various
       audiences
   •   Proactive, can-do attitude
   •   Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
   •   Ability to build relationships with departmental heads
   •   Strong attention to detail
   •   Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
   •   Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
   •   Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Hours
  •  Position is part-time (15 hours per week)
  •  Candidate may choose any hours between 9-4 Monday – Friday
