Catastrophe claim specialists have been deployed, and five Mobile Claim Headquarters will be stationed in key locations in Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi. Hurricane-affected employees urged to contact Human Resources All St. Paul Travelers employees affected or displaced by Hurricane Katrina are encouraged to contact the company with a status report.
