GAME DAY GUIDE
AAA SERVICE
FREE roadside assistance is available after games in the north and south stadium lots. Limited services are
available, including lockout rescue, flat tire service and jumpstarts. Call the Guest Services office at
206.543.2246 for assistance.

ALCOHOL POLICIES
RCW 66.44.100
Opening or consuming liquor in public places – Penalty. Except as permitted by this title, no person shall
open the package containing liquor or consume liquor in a public place. Every person who violates any
provision of this section shall be guilty of an infraction.

(8) Within the limits of applicable laws, the University of Washington is committed to establishing and
maintaining safe conditions for persons attending football games in Husky Stadium or other athletic events
or concerts in campus facilities. Accordingly, the rules enumerated below will apply to all such events and
be strictly enforced.
(a) The possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs is prohibited. In addition to
having the beverages or drugs confiscated, violators may be subject to University disciplinary action
and/or legal proceedings, and removal from the events.
(b) Air horns, glass bottles, cans, picnic baskets, bota bags, ice chests and thermoses (in excess of two
quart capacity) are prohibited. Individuals possessing such will not be admitted to, or will be
removed from Husky Stadium or other athletic or concert facilities until the items have been stored
temporarily at locations for that purpose or disposed of in some other manner.
ANIMALS
Certified service animals or service animals in training for guests with disabilities are allowed in Husky
Stadium. All other animals are prohibited.
APPROVED SPONSORS
Per University Governing Laws (WAC 478‐136‐030), University grounds and facilities may not be used for
commercial purposes such as sales, advertising or promotional activity without prior approval. Authorized
Corporate Sponsors will be identified by Official Vendor passes, distributed through the Washington ISP
Sports Network. Violators are subject to trespass ordinances. For information about marketing activities
on Husky game day, sponsors should contact the Washington ISP Sports Network at 206.221.3742.
ATM LOCATIONS
Eight ATM machines are located in Husky Stadium. Locations include: 2 across from Tunnel 23, 2 outside
Tunnel 16, 2 near Tunnel 3, 1 on the upper level south side and 1 on the upper level north side. There is
also a Bank of America cash machine located on the SW concourse of Bank of America Arena.
BABY CHANGING AREAS
Baby‐changing stations are located in most men’s and women’s restrooms in Husky Stadium.
BAG INSPECTIONS
All bags (including purses, fanny packs, backpacks, coolers) will be visually inspected before being allowed
into Husky Stadium. All prohibited items (see list) will not be allowed into the stadium. Expect lines to get
into the stadium and arrive early to avoid delays. Fans who leave the stadium will be subject to bag
inspections upon re‐entry.
BANNERS & SIGNS
Sign and banners are allowed in Husky Stadium, however, they may not be hung from the stadium facades,
block anyone’s view, or be hung from existing signs in the stadium. They also cannot be commercial or
offensive in any nature. All signs must be hand‐held. Signs or flags on sticks or poles are not allowed.
BEVERAGES, BOTTLES & CANS
Plastic bottles under a two‐quart volume are allowed in the stadium. Alcoholic beverages, glass bottles,
cans, thermoses (in excess of two quarts), Bota Bags, and ice chests are prohibited in Husky Stadium.
BIRTHDAY/ANNIVERSARY MESSAGE
Celebrate a birthday or anniversary at a Husky Football game! To get your birthday or anniversary greeting
on the HuskyTron, please call Janet Sukraw by Wednesday* the week of the game at 206.543.3086.
Birthday and/or anniversary greetings will be shown on the HuskyTron after the Husky Marching Band
show at half‐time. The charge for posting a greeting is $50 and is payable with Visa or Mastercard.

BOAT MOORAGE
Boat moorage is available on a season or single game basis. For information or to purchase permits, please
call the Tyee Office at (206) 543‐2234. For boats anchoring in the bay, there will be a $6 fee per person for
shuttle service collected on the return trip.
BROADCASTS
Radio broadcasts can be heard throughout the west coast on the Washington ISP Sports Network. Seattle
all‐sports radio station KJR 950‐AM will serve as the flagship station for the Husky Radio Network.
Gameday coverage on KJR will feature 11 hours of pre & post‐game coverage. Husky Football coach, Steve
Sarkisian’s weekly radio show will air on Monday’s at 5:30pm‐6:30pm on network stations.
The University of Washington enjoys extensive television coverage of its football games through the Pacific‐
10 Conference agreements with ABC‐TV, ESPN, Fox Sports Net and Versus.
In addition to the league package, UW and FSN Northwest have developed a partnership that allows the
regional sports cable network exclusive rights to televise all available games that are not selected as part of
the Pac‐10 package provided there is an available broadcast window.
FSN Northwest also produces a Washington football show with Coach Steve Sarkisian that airs each week
during the season.
BUS SERVICE
Pre‐game: Metro bus service is free on game day to anyone holding a ticket for that day’s game.
Metro buses also go directly to Husky Stadium from one of 8 designated Park & Ride lots.
The service is free from the Park & Ride lots with a game ticket. Buses will begin boarding at
Park & Ride lots two hours prior to kickoff and will leave every 20 minutes or when they are
full. Please call 206‐543‐TIME or visit GoHuskies.com to verify kickoff time. The last bus will
leave the Park & Ride lots 45 minutes prior to kickoff and arrive at the stadium
approximately five minutes before the start of the game. (Exception: last buses from the
South Renton and Federal Way Park & Rides will leave 60 minutes prior to kickoff.)
Post‐game: Following the game, buses will be lined up at designated locations near Husky Stadium. Each
Park & Ride location will be designated with a color‐coded sign, which will be in the front
and front side windows of the bus. Staff will be on hand with color‐coded signs to help fans
locate the correct bus. Buses will depart when they are completely full.

CAMERAS AND CAMCORDERS
Cameras are allowed in Husky Stadium, however camcorders are not permitted within the stadium.
Tripods are also not allowed in Husky Stadium. All commercial uses of photographs depicting game action
are allowed only through a licensing agreement with Collegiate Images.
CELLULAR PHONES & PAGERS
The use of cellular phones and pagers are permitted provided they do not interfere with other guests’
enjoyment of the game.
CHILDREN
Two (2) and under get in free as long as they are held in a lap and do not interfere with other fans viewing
of the field. Strollers may be stored at all First Aid Stations or Guest Services Office.
CONCESSIONS
Sodexo Services has 23 stands throughout Husky Stadium on all concourse levels. These points‐of‐sale offer
hot dogs, caramel corn, popcorn, beverages (soda, water, coffee, hot chocolate), peanuts, etc. Most stands
feature Magic Kettle Corn and select stands feature Ivar’s Seafood and Porter’s BBQ.
CONTAINERS & COOLERS
Ice chests are not allowed in Husky Stadium.
DAWG SLEDS
The Dawg Sled program is a service provided to Husky Football fans who need extra assistance getting to
their seats in the upper level of the stadium. Dawg Sleds are golf carts which operate on the north ramps
(across from tunnel 23) and the south ramps and run from the time the gates open until kickoff. Dawg
Sleds do not run from one side of the stadium to the other. In addition, they do not operate during or after
the game due to safety concerns.
Dawg Sleds also run from the E1 parking lot to the North Plaza pre‐game and on a return trip post‐game. A
route is also established running from the Waterfront Activities Center to the Southwest Plaza.
DISABLED PATRON INFORMATION
For fans that have extreme difficulty reaching upper level seats there are two elevators, one on both the
north and south sides of the stadium. Wheelchair storage is available during the game at all First Aid
Stations.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From I‐5 going north or south:
1. Take the signs to Seattle.
2. Take the SR 520 exit toward Bellevue‐Kirkland (east).
3. Travel ¼ mile and take the Montlake Boulevard exit.
4. At the end of the off‐ramp, turn left at the stoplight onto Montlake Boulevard.
5. Travel across the Montlake Bridge; Husky Stadium will be visible on the right.
From I‐405 going north or south:
1. From I‐405 take the SR 520 exit toward Seattle. This leads you onto the Evergreen Point Floating Bridge
heading west.
2. Once across the bridge, take the Montlake Blvd exit; turn right at the end of the off‐ramp.
3. Travel across the Montlake Bridge; Husky Stadium will be visible on the right.

DUBS’ CLUB (FORMERLY JUNIOR HUSKY CLUB)
Dubs wants YOU to join the most fun and exciting club around: The Dubs' Club (Formerly the Jr. Husky
Club). This club is for kids only, no grown‐ups allowed! For an annual membership fee of $25 you receive
free general admission to more than 100 Husky regular season athletic events per year, including:
Volleyball, Soccer, Cross Country, Women’s Basketball (non‐conference), Gymnastics, Baseball, Softball,
Track & Field, Golf and Tennis.
As a member you will receive: An official Dubs' Club T‐shirt, an official Dubs' Club membership card, special
events for members and their families, an official Dubs' Club Dawg Tag with the chance to collect 9 other
Dawg Tags through the year by attending different sporting events. Dawg tags can be collected at Football,
Men’s/Women’s Soccer, Volleyball, Men’s/Women’s Basketball, Gymnastics, Baseball and Softball.

ELEVATORS
Elevators are located at the north and south sides of Husky Stadium. Fans who have extreme difficulty
reaching the upper level seats may take the elevator.
EXIT & RE‐ENTRY
Re‐entry is allowed through any gate in Husky Stadium. Guests must show hand stamp and ticket stub to
re‐enter.
FAN BEHAVIOR
In the case that you are sitting around fans using excessive bad language, being uncooperative, or acting
intoxicated, please notify the closest usher for assistance.

FIELD ACCESS
Only authorized personnel with proper credentials will be permitted on the field before, during or after a
game. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed on the field at any time during the game. Any
unauthorized person going on to the field will be removed and subject to arrest and prosecution.
FIRST AID & CARDIAC CARE
First Aid and Medic One personnel are available at each First Aid Station to respond to your medical needs.
First Aid Stations are located on each level of the stadium. They are marked by signage in the concourse
areas. Ushers and University Police will be available for assistance in case of emergency. If there are any
anticipated special medical needs by individuals attending the game, we ask that these be made known to
the First Aid Station closest to their seat location. First Aid locations are ground level south, 2nd level south,
3rd level south, west perimeter, ground level north, 2nd level north and 3rd level north.
GAME PROGRAMS
The Official Husky Game Day Program is available for $5, while supplies last, in and around Husky Stadium
on the day of the game. Any leftover programs will be available post game at the Husky Team Shop or at
GoHuskies.com.
GAME TIMES
Football kick‐off times are subject to change for television broadcasts. Visit GoHuskies.com or call
206.543.2200 for game time updates.
GATE OPENING TIMES
Gates open 2 hours prior to kick‐off.
GUEST SERVICES
Guest Services is located across from Tunnel 11 in the Stadium. There are also Guest Services
representatives stationed outside the Stadium.
HUSKY HALL OF FAME
The Husky Hall of Fame is located in the west end of Bank of America Arena. The Hall of Fame will be open
three hours prior to each home game and for one hour after each home game.
HUSKY LEGENDS CENTER
Stop by and see the Husky Legends Center, designed to pay tribute to the past and future success of
Washington Football. The Legends Center is located adjacent to the E9 parking lot just north of Husky
Stadium. It will be open 3 hours prior to the game, close during the game and open again for 1 hour
following the game.
LASER POINTERS
The use of laser pointers in strictly prohibited and will result in ejection from the stadium.
LOST & FOUND
Check the Husky Stadium Guest Services office across from Tunnel 11 on game day. After game day, call
(206) 543‐2246 to reach the UW Event Management office.
LOST CHILDREN
Lost children should go to the closest usher, who will then take the child to the University police station
location at Tunnel 2.
MERCHANDISE
Husky merchandise is available on game days at any of the 12 Husky Team Shop kiosks located throughout
the stadium. There are four merchandise tents, located inside the Northwest, Southwest and South Plazas.
Merchandise is also available at www.GoHuskies.com, or at the Husky Team Shop located in the southwest
corner of Bank of America Arena. The Team Shop is open year‐round Monday through Saturday from
10am‐6pm.
PARKING
The gates for football parking areas open four hours prior to kick‐off. Public football parking is available in
a portion of lots E1 and E2. These lots are located north of Husky Stadium on Montlake Blvd. A stack
method of parking (bumper‐to‐bumper) is used in lot E1. This means that you will not be able to move
your vehicle until the vehicle in front has moved. Non‐stack public parking is available in the west campus
lots, west of 15th Ave NE, and in the main campus lots. Motor homes may park in lot E1 on game day, but
no overnight motor home parking is allowed on University property.
The parking fee is $15 per car with 3 or more persons, $25 per car with 2 or less persons, $75 for buses and
$50 for motorhomes and campers. Please note: the parking lots near Husky Stadium generally fill up 30‐
60 minutes prior to game time. For general football parking information call (206) 616‐8710. For

POLICE
Police headquarters are located by Tunnel 2 at the west end of Husky Stadium.
PREMIUM GIVEAWAY TENTS
Stop by one of the four premium giveaway tents at select games to pick up your FREE promotional item
while supplies last. They are located inside Husky Stadium near the northwest entrance, the west entrance,
the southwest entrance and the east end zone.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs, video cameras, glass bottles, cans, thermoses (in excess of two
quarts), Bota Bags, picnic baskets, ice chests, horns of any kind, banners, flags and signs on sticks, weapons
or explosives of any kind, sales of unauthorized merchandise, placards, leaflets not approved in advance by
the athletic department, other conduct prohibited by the UW regulations or by law. Violators are subject
to removal from the stadium and to applicable disciplinary action and/or legal action.
Stadium personnel have been instructed to enforce the policies in the interest of the comfort and safety of
our patrons. Please give them your cooperation and report incidents to the ushering staff.

For information on leasing or repairing seat cushions call Husky Fever at 206.522.7069 or visit a Husky Fever
customer service booth on game day for assistance. They are located on the north and south sides of
Husky Stadium on game day.
SMOKING
Washington State law prohibits smoking inside Husky Stadium.
SPECIAL EVENTS PARKING ZONE
The Special Events Parking Zone limits game‐day parking in neighborhoods surrounding campus to
residents’ vehicles only. These vehicles have special permits. Non‐residents are restricted from parking in
areas where signs indicate this special zone is in effect.
Vehicles parked in this zone without a permit are subject to citation or towing.

Strollers may be stored at all First Aid Stations or Guest Services Office.

Will Call
Regular Will Call is available at the Husky Ticket Office during normal business hours. Regular Will Call on
game day is available 3.5 hours prior to kick‐off. Player Guest Will Call is located on the Northwest Plaza
adjacent to Husky Stadium and opens 2 hours prior to kick‐off. Recruit and High School Coach Will Call is
located on the North Plaza of Husky Stadium and opens 2 hours prior to kick‐off.
Gates open two hours prior to kickoff. General Admission seating is restricted to designated areas in the
east end zone. Children two years and under are admitted free and must be held.
Lost, Stolen, Forgotten and/or Destroyed Tickets – Replacement Policy
The Husky Ticket Office will address lost or stolen ticket issues with the primary account holder on record.
REPLACEMENT FEES ‐ $5 per ticket, no exceptions
The Husky Ticket Office reserves the right to refuse any replacement ticket request.
Group Tickets
Group tickets are now available for select Husky football games. Purchase a minimum of 20 tickets for

Wheelchair Seating
Wheelchair seating at Husky Stadium is available in compliance with federal ADA requirements. Please

TRANSPORTATION

register and choose one or more Husky Football games from the event list. Then check your match list for
potential carpoolers.
TYEE CLUB
Priority seating in Husky Stadium is reserved for Tyee Members. If you would like more information on

WHEELCHAIRS
Wheelchair storage is available during the game at all First Aid Stations.

The Zone is an exciting new tailgate experience that will feature entertainment, food, beverages and fun for
the Husky faithful. Dawg fans and businesses have the opportunity to rent custom tailgating suites for
entertaining corporate clients, associates and friends in a first‐class setting.
