Banker’s Academy for additional maintenance, hosting and support of its

its contract with Edcomm Banker’s Academy for additional maintenance,
hosting and support of its comprehensive training programs. Focus on
Compliance, Focus on California Sexual Harassment, Achieving Bankwide
Security Excellence and Achieving Consumer Lending Excellence will
continue to be maintained for the next year.
Focus on Compliance covers: Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti Money Laundering
(AML), USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, Privacy, Reg P, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act,
Right to Financial Privacy, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Reg CC & Check 21, Reg
D, Reg E, Reg Z, Truth in Lending, FCRA, FACT Act, HMDA, CRA and Bank
Focus on California Sexual Harassment teaches sexual harassment
compliance training that covers topics such as: What Is a Fair and
Respectful Workplace?, Federal and State EEO Laws, Types of Harassment,
What to do if Harassment Occurs, and Retaliation and Supervisor
Responsibilities, among others.
Achieving Bankwide Security Excellence covers: opening and closing
procedures, robbery prevention and procedures, bomb threats, kidnappings,
fires, medical emergencies and information security. Participants will
learn how to recognize identity theft, social engineering, phishing,
fraud and spam scams while complying with privacy laws and regulations
that require due diligence, such as the GLBA, Reg P and FACT Act.
Achieving Consumer Lending Excellence is a computer-based, distance
learning program, which can be delivered via Internet, Intranet or CD.
