  Warm char sui duck breast slices presented on fresh garden greens with cherry tomatoes, orange segments, & a light citrus dressing

                    Smoked salmon displayed on a timbale of baby potato salad enhanced with lemon & chives

                            Roasted tomato & red capsicum soup with herb croutons & parmesan cheese

                       Prawns & scallops pan fried in a pernod & dill cream sauce, presented with jasmine rice

Healthy Fisherman’s Stack of grilled snapper fillet on an autumn salad & baked potato medallions topped with gently pan fried prawns,
