BRADLEY J. AYERS − PARTNER Brad practices in the areas of product liability, premises liability, insurance and construction litigation. He represents a variety of corporations and insurers in personal injury and property damage cases nationwide. Brad has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict in State and Federal Court involving products such as thermostats, high pressure paint sprayers, oil lube pumps, underground fuel tanks, elevators and processing equipment. Brad has also successfully tried insurance coverage cases involving arson and fraud, and fire subrogation. Recently, Brad assisted in the defense of the latex glove litigation on behalf of a medical device manufacturer in Federal Court in Minnesota. Brad graduated from St. Johns University in Collegeville, Minnesota in 1983. He received his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 1988. Brad practiced as an associate with Flynn, Gaskins & Bennett before he became a partner in 1996. Brad is an active member in the Product Liability Committee for the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Institute. He is also a member of the Minnesota, Wisconsin and Hennepin County Bar Associations. Brad is qualified as a mediator under Rule 114 of the Minnesota Rules of General Practice.
