Municipal Sign By-Law:
The Town of Perth has a sign and merchandise display by-law. All proposed signs must be approved by making an application to the Town of Perth. A $60 charge plus $15 per square metre depending on the size of the sign applies. Municipal Registration:
On March 23, 2004, The Town of Perth Council approved a business registration by-law. Businesses and other commercial occupations within the Town of Perth must complete and submit a business registration form to the business registration officer by September 30 annually. A copy of this form is available on the Town website at www.perthcanada.com under Community Services/Communty Development/Business Registration or at the Town Hall reception counter.
