      Required competences:
         o   Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, economics, or forestry.
         o   Knowledge of communal forest management, product certification,
             small business development and NTFP collection/cultivation;
         o   2 to 5+ years of working experience in related field in Albania; relevant
             working experience in process facilitation and networking and brokering
             relationships (private/public), advisory services, market opportunity
             development;
         o   Communication skills; ability to coach and inspire people to lead groups
             of people with different styles, cultural backgrounds and geographic
             settings.
         o   Good active knowledge of English (verbally and written); proven
             capacity to write articles and report.
