          Ariella Perlman, a multi-faceted artist, flutist, jeweler, and singer, is honored to be performing for the Hadassah
          Donor Luncheon. A native New Yorker and daughter of famed violinist Itzhak Perlman, Ms. Perlman attended

          Juilliard Pre-College before earning a degree in flute performance from Rice University’s prestigious Shepherd
          School of Music in 2006, under the tutelage of Leone Buyse. She has recently performed with the Honolulu
          Symphony, toured Europe with Daniel Barenboim’s West-Eastern Divan Orchestra, and was viewed by twenty

          million people worldwide while performing on the Hour of Power broadcast at Orange County’s Crystal
          Cathedral. Ms. Perlman is also an accomplished jeweler, specializing in unique and sophisticated wearable
          decoupage. Her pieces have been sold both at boutiques and private shows in Yellow Springs, Dayton, Houston,

          Los Angeles, and Sun Valley, Idaho, and were featured on TV’s American Idol. Ms. Perlman currently resides in
          Dayton, Ohio, where she concertizes, maintains a private studio of flute students, is Assistant Band Director at
          Oakwood elementary and middle schools, and continues to create art from her home. She was married in June of


   k      2009 to Robert Johnson, Principal Horn with the Dayton Philharmonic, and they have recently rescued a grateful
          kitten, Matzah Ball.

        Hadassah is Co-Sponsoring an Evening of Jewish Healthcare

Presentation by Michael Fisher, NEW President and CEO of Cincinnati Children's
Hospital. Michael will share his hopes and dreams for Children's Hospital - including the
broader role in the Cincinnati community and Israel

Dr. Eitan Gross, Visiting Pediatric Surgeon from Hadassah Medical Center, Israel will
also be presenting an update on his activities at Hadassah Hospital and Children's Hospital
of Cincinnati
