fat around the waist and buttocks.

Relentless research is going on in
this million-dollar weight loss pro
ject. The whole idea is to find sen
sible and sustainable ways for over
weight patients to lose weight, and
 to maintain that gained position o
f weight loss over a long period. I
t is the most frustrating experienc
e to gain weight after so much of t

t right nutrition, all items of wro
ng nutrition need to be avoided at
all costs. Even for the sake of tem
ptation, those should not be given
a chance to enter into your system.
