                               POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

POSITION: Assistant or Associate Professor in Food and Nutrition. A tenure-track position
in the Department of Human Environmental Studies. Review of applications will begin January
15, 1996.

DATE: Position available August, 1996

RESPONSIBILITIES: Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Foods and Nutrition;
conducting research in area(s) of expertise; directing Master’s theses; supervising field
experience and practicums; advising undergraduate and graduate students; participating in
committee work, public service, and professional organizations.

QUALIFICATIONS: Doctoral degree preferred; Registered Dietitian Credential required.
Clinical and/or management experience preferred. Teaching experience preferred.

SALARY: Commensurate with professional experience and qualifications. Excellent fringe
benefits.
