The administrative fee for Payment Schedule is 60 Lt. If you submit the form after December 1 , the
administrative fee for Payment Schedule is 80 Lt. The administrative fee is due with your first
payment on December 15, 2009.


We strongly urge you to make your payment on time, since, according to LCC General Financial
Policy, any outstanding balances are subject to 3% monthly interest.
