                            to Another Vehicle
          This form may take you about 10 minutes to fill in.

          You will need the following to fill in the form:
              Original season parking ticket
              Authorisation letter from company

          JTC will notify you the outcome of your application within 3 working days. Upon
          approval, we will send you the season tickets within 5 working days.

          All applications are subject to final approval by JTC at JTC’s discretion (including any
          terms and conditions that JTC may in its discretion impose with such final approval).

          All tickets are issued subject to JTC's right to prematurely terminate such tickets by no
          less than 14 days' notice. In the event that JTC elects to prematurely terminate any
          ticket, JTC shall refund to you such amount of money as it deems fit for the unexpired
          balance of the ticket.

        letter.
