NBA Ticket Prices
As you travel from city to city, you will find that many things are different. You will find differences are found in many aspects. The difference in foods, accents, and lifestyles are just a few noticeable items that vary from different regions. While doing this assignment over the next five days, you will need to find the difference in price for an NBA ticket in nine major cities (which will include ten teams). You will use my web site to find each team’s home page to locate ticket information for each of the teams. Since tickets come in many different costs (due to where they are in relation to the basketball court) there is no exact way to find the cost of a ticket to a basketball game for any given team. For example, in Chicago, some people may pay $750 to sit courtside while other may send $10 and have a closer view of Michael Jordan's banner hanging from the ceiling. For argument sake, we will find the median price of each teams tickets to determine the ticket price for each team. Since some team’s prices change from game to game, we will use the season ticket price per game as the standard price of each ticket. Along with finding the median price, you also need to find the range of ticket prices for each team. After finding these items, you need to find the mean (average) ticket price among the ten teams using each teams median. You also need to find the average range of the cost in each city.
You need to find: Each team's: Median ticket price Range in ticket price. Average ticket price for their median price ticket Average range of ticket price.

With all this information found, you need to complete: 1.) Make a graph of each teams median ticket price with the ten-team average included. Chose the style of graph that you feel is best fitted for showing this information. 2.) Make a graph of each teams range in ticket price with the ten-team average included. Chose the style of graph that you feel is best fitted for showing this information. 3.) Explain how you found the Mean, Median, and Range while researching this information. 4.) Explain what might cause the difference in prices from city to city and team-to-team Remember: The Clippers and Lakers are both from Los Angeles but have very different prices.
