Information
To minimise the danger of fraudulent use of this Season Ticket by other people, we have to take certain steps to try to recover it. Before any duplicate can be considered the following procedure applies: 1. You must complete the Duplicate Season Ticket Application form as fully as possible.
2. The section containing details of the ticket must be checked at the station where the ticket was issued. The top copy will be retained by the ticket office and the ‘second copy’ will be returned to you. Both copies should bear a rubber stamp from the station in question. 3. You may be required to attend an interview by an officer of the Revenue Protection Section to enable (Train Company) to establish the full circumstances surrounding the loss so that, if possible, action may be taken to recover it If no interview is required, authority for a Duplicate Season Ticket will be sent to the original office of issue and you will be advised when to call there. You should be prepared to produce an official document with your name on it, e.g. passport. It is important, therefore, that you enter on the application form a daytime telephone number where you can be contacted. Before signing the indemnity section at the bottom of the Application form please ensure that you read the Conditions printed below.
Should you find the original ticket please contact us immediately
If you need to travel before you are issued with a Duplicate Season Ticket, you should purchase a ticket for your journey. If you are issued with a Duplicate Season Ticket a refund can only be made if you are able to produce the tickets which you purchased. Thank you for your co-operation.
