What kind of shape do you need to be in?
We’ll be glad to help you pick a trip that is suitable for your level of conditioning and consistent with your desire for physical activity. Suitable for any active woman in good health. You should be able to walk 4 miles and have good balance and mobility. In addition these trips offer the ability to easily opt out of some activities. These trips require the same conditioning as R trips but will have at least some days where opting out is not possible. Requires aerobic conditioning, such as walking vigorously up hills, jogging, cross country skiing or stair stepping for at least 30-40 minutes 4-5 times a week. the trip fee: There is an early bird discount of $50 for registration on domestic* trips four months in advance, and $100 on international trips six months in advance. You will also receive a 3% discount off the entire trip fee if you pay the balance by check, regardless of how you pay the deposit. Your trip fee generally includes guides, lodging, permit fees, group equipment necessary for the activity, transportation while on the trip, and meals as indicated on the itinerary. Transportation to the trip starting point is not included. How to register: To register for a

deposit is $300. For international trips, the deposit is $400.
In the unfortunate event that you must cancel your trip, please give us written notice of your cancellation by mail, e-mail or fax. Your refund will be determined according to the following formula:

After you register: When you register for the trip we will send you a trip confirmation letter or email. Additional information, including an invoice, detailed packing list, and other general information specific to the trip will be sent or emailed four months prior to the trip start for international trips and three months prior for domestic* trips. If we have a waiting list and can fill your spot, all but $50 of your payment will be transferred to a trip of your choosing in the next 365 days. Adventures in Good Company reserves the right to cancel or alter a trip due to unforeseen weather, unsafe conditions, low registrations or other circumstances. On the rare occasion when Adventures in Good Company must cancel a trip, all payments received to date will be refunded, including the nonrefundable portion of your deposit. We are not responsible for any costs incurred in preparation for the trip.
