Statement:
         Customers are experiencing difficulties in placing orders because of the tied up phone calls

Claim:
         The above statement is the cause of loss is sales commission

Evidences:
        Recent opening of the Johnson’s whole sale house in Decatur created competition in our field
        Producing drugs at a good pace slightly better than ours moreover having same prices

Foundation:
         “With competition as fierce as this, we must make ordering from us a quick and easy operation.”

Bridge:
         The bridge is made by the time management of the customer calls

Counter Claim:
         “In order to relieve congestion, it is necessary to reduce the phone activity in the sales department during
