I have pointed out to both parties that they are entitled to have an official
interpreter, to which they replied that the document would be translated
for them by the interpreter of their choice, for the main reason that they
have confidence in him, and for the additional reasons of urgency and
convenience, and the fact that in the place of signature, no official inter-
preters were available, and the fact that they expressly urged that the
deed be executed.
Furthermore, the aforementioned interpreter confirmed that he had read
the clauses, and that the translation matched the original.
