  I.        Proposed date 9th June. : Press conference to introduce the program:
  1. Content:
  -      Introduce of 16th June, and voluntary blood donors in global and in VN.
  -      Introduce activities organized in the program of honoring blood donors in VN 2008
  2. Participants:
  -      Head board of MoH, VNRC.
  -      NIHBT
  -      80 journalists and reporters.

  II.       9/6/2008 (or in the morning of 10/6): Ceremony of honoring blood donors in the
            Mekong River Delta
  1. Agenda:
  - Meeitng of honoring blood donors in the Mekong River Delta
  -      See – off meeting for the 2nd VNese heart itinerary in the Mekong River Delta
  2. Participants: (250 persons).
  -      Representatives from NIHBT
  -      Head of People’s committee, authority agencies in Can Tho city,
  -      VNRBD steering committees of provinces covered by Can Tho RBTCs
  -      Voluntary persons, typical donors in Can Tho and other province; reporters, journalists.
  -      10 typical donors in the Mekong river Delta joining in the VNes heart initerary
  3. Organizer : Cần Thơ RBTC
  4. Venue: Guest house No. 2- No 5- Hai Bà Trưng- Cần Thơ city.
  III.      In the evening 10/6/2008: The 2nd Ceremony of honoring blood donors in HCMC:
  1. Agenda:
  -      The 2nd Ceremony of honoring typical blood donors in HCMC (over 40 times of donation
  -      Meeting with all representatives joining the VNes heart itinerary in the South region (2
         groups: South East region: 20 persons and South west region: 10 persons).
  -      Meeting between Head board of HCMC, VNRC in HCMC and the representatives.
  2. Participants: (500 ones).
  -      NIHBT
  -      Head of People’s committee, authority agencies in HCM city,

-     10 typical donors in the Mekong river Delta, 20 typical donors in the Southeast region and

3. Organizers: VUBD centre- HCM Red Cross.

IV.       12/6/2008: Meeting with blood donors in the central region and high land region
1. Agendas:
- Honoring typical blood donors in the central region and high land region
- Meeting with all representatives joining the VNes heart itinerary in the central region and high
land region (25 persons)
- Music program on the occasion of world blood donor day (Hue Royal music, etc.)
2. Participants: 200 persons.
-     NIHBT
-     Head of People’s committee, authority agencies in Hue.
-     VURBD steering committees in provinces
-     Typical voluntary blood donors in provinces covered by Hue RBTC, reporters, journalists.
-     25 typical donors in the central and high land region joining in the VNese heart itinerary.

V.       In the morning 13/6 - Hà Nội Station: Organization board welcome representative
         from all regions and arrange for their accommodations
-     The Mekong River Delta: 10 persons.
-     The South East region and HCMC: 20 persons.
-     The central – high land region: 25.
-     The North: 45.
VI. In the afternoon 13/6 (14h00- 18h00) Program of “The itinerary with Hanoi Capital ”
- The itinerary will visit cultural beauty spots in Hn: traditional university Quoc Tu Giam,
ethnology museum, sword lake, West Lake, etc.
VII.     In the evening 13/6 (18h30- 20h30) program “3 region meeting”.
1. Agencies:
-     Welcome 100 typical blood donors in the whole country in 2008.
-     Performance of folk music in 3 regions
-     Welcoming Party.

-     Gathering in HCM President’s museum.
-     One representative will be on behalf of donors to make the achievement report.
-     NIHBT representative makes speech on behalf of organizer board.
-     Visiting the museum
