It is the participant’s responsibility to request a visa if necessary. You‘ll have to change at “Arts/Loi” and get off at “Rond Point Schumann”. The Hotel is 2 minutes walk from the Station. The Project will reimburse you cash against the relevant receipt. Borschette, 1C 36 rue Froissart, 1040 Brussels. The Centre is 5 minutes walk from the Hotel. The registration starts at 9 a.m at the Centre. You’re invited to a dinner in a restaurant downtown Brussels. You will be kindly asked to confirm your participation. Departure day: 18 January 2008 The hotel check-out must be completed at least 3 hours before your flight schedule departure from Brussels Airport or 1½ hour before your train departure from Gare du Midi. Reconfirmation of the return flights will be carried out by our travel agent in due time.
