Location & Access
Hilton Prague Old Town is located right in the heart of the historical city of Prague and is close to the famous Powder
Tower, Municipal House and Wenceslas Square. The metro station, Namesti Republiky, is just outside the hotel and
both the shopping district and picturesque old town square are within 10 minutes walk.
The Hotel is a 30-minute drive from Prague International Airport (PRG), 20kms northwest of the city. Access to public
transport is excellent.

All reservations for the official Conference Hotels need to be made via the Momentum Prague Conference Office. Hotel
reservations can be added to conference bookings during the online registration process or made later using the unique
registration link for updating delegate information.

The above rates represent the Momentum Prague special room charges for the Hilton Prague Old Town Hotel. The rates
are per room per night and are inclusive of VAT, service and Gordon Ramsay continental buffet breakfast.
The Hotel has limited availability of Executive Rooms and Suites so you will need to check availability directly with the
Conference Office before making your booking.

Cancellation Policy
Once the Momentum Prague Conference Office has received your online reservation, your booking will be subject to the
Hotel’s cancellation policy. By agreeing to the online terms and conditions when submitting your booking, you are
agreeing to settle the following charges should you wish to reduce nights or cancel your reservation completely:
• Cancellations more than 30 days prior to your Arrival Date:
NO CANCELLATION CHARGES
• Cancellations 30 days or less prior to your Arrival Date or Non-Arrival at the Hotel:
100% of the room rate for ALL NIGHTS of your accommodation booking
The Hotel will endeavour to resell your reservation to another Momentum delegate and cancellation fees will only be
charged if the room remains unsold prior to the original departure date of your booking.
Payment Options
All hotel reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking. No charge will be made to this
card by the Conference Office for hotel accommodation and the details will be used to secure the reservation against
late cancellation or reduction of stay as outlined in the cancellation policy above. Delegates may choose to pay with
the same card confirmed at the time of booking or an alternative one on departure from the hotel.
All room charges will be made in Czech Koruna/Crowns (CZK) and guests will be required to settle room charges and
extras on the morning of their departure. All hotels offer the following methods of payment:
Credit Card Visa, MasterCard/EuroCard, American Express, Diners Club
Bank Transfer If you wish to arrange a bank transfer for your accommodation, please make your hotel
reservation online, using a credit card to secure the reservation initially and then contact
the Conference Office who will then arrange for a hotel invoice to be raised.
Please provide us with the following details: full company name and address, PO number
(if required), and contact details for the person responsible for payment.
Note:
All payments by bank transfer must be received by the hotel before your arrival date.
