Risk Management Temporary Position
Department: Risk Management
Reports To: Compliance Officer
Summary: Responsible for developing reports for conducting high risk account monitoring in
regards to the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations as well as the
prevention of fraud.
Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Easily learns how to operate computer programs.
Good interpersonal and communication, as well as good standard office equipment skills.
Previous banking experience preferred.
Excellent attention to details.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Is responsible for gaining a basic working knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and
AF Bank’s BSA/Anti-Money Laundering policy and procedures.
Learns how to operate and efficiently use banking software. This includes the following
Addresses any internal processing issues
Utilizes current monitoring elements to develop relevant management reports
Determines report parameters and creates standard reports
Determines proper frequency of tasks and reports
Expands monitoring to incorporate proactive search functions
Documents procedures used to generate reports
Pulls specific loan files to assist with loan underwriting reviews.
Gathers information for other internal audit reviews as needed.
Employees are expected to perform other duties as assigned and directed by management.
Job description and duties may be modified when deemed appropriate by management.
This will be a part-time temporary position (20 hours / week preferred).
