							KITCHEN AS IT IS NOW

This is the current area that is under construction. We
are having a problem getting the building permit for
the exhaust fan but we do have the stove and we the
fan is installed but can not be made operable until we
get the permit
This is the sink that does not meet commercial
standards. It only has two compartments. A sink with
three compartments and with a garbage disposal is
essential for commercial purposes.
We do not have proper shelving and storage units for the
commercial kitchen. What we have now simple racks but they
can easily be moved and do not meet code.
The refrigerator that we have was a donated item from someone’s
kitchen. It is not a commercial refrigerator and it freezes up on us
sometimes. Our slush room has needs a repair on the hot water heater
and it needs some plumbing adjustments.
The linoleum flooring is very thin and tearing in several spots.
To meet commercial standards we would like to have a tile
floor that can be easily cleaned.
This storage cabinet meets code but the freezer is not a
commercial freezer and it does not freeze to commercial
standards. This wall is very close to the stove. The wall behind
the stove and this wall need to be tiled as a fire prevention item.
This hall way needs tile flooring.
It is where the kids congregate
and make their purchases from
the snack bar.
