The Walsh Group, Ltd (Walsh) is a construction contracting company engaged in both pre construction and
construction services. The company operates along with its subsidiaries – Walsh Construction Company (Walsh
Construction) and Archer Western Contractors, Ltd. (Archer Western). It also has a joint venture The Walsh Austin
Company.
All the contracts of the company including that of its subsidiaries are guaranteed by Travelers Casualty and Surety
Company of America, the guarantor and a member of the Travelers Group.
Archer Western Contractors, Ltd. (Archer Western) is engaged in general contracting, construction management
and design build projects. It was established in 1983 and incorporated in the State of Illinois. The company
performs as an open-shop contractor and focuses on all range of building, civil and transportation sectors apart
from other sectors that include wastewater and water treatment plants, bridgework, warehouse and distribution
facilities, educational facilities and offices.
Walsh Construction was established in 1898 and is engaged in general contracting, construction management and
design build activities.
