Pantaloon Retail (India) Limited (Pantaloon) is an in-store and online retailer. The company is engaged in the
operations of multi-format stores, including hypermarkets, department stores, supermarkets and specialty stores all
across the country. It operates stores in different business lines, including furniture, electronics, e-tailing, fashion,
food, entertainment, home solutions, telecom and IT, leisure and wellness and beauty, books and music and
general merchandise. It operates its stores under several banners, namely, Big Bazaar, Blue Sky, Brand Factory,
Central, KB's FairPrice, Navaras, Pantaloons, Shoe Factory, Food Bazaar and others. Pantaloon also operates an
online portal, futurebazaar.com. The e-tailing format operates an e-commerce site Futurebazaar.com that offers
various products.
Pantaloon, under its Food stores, operates a chain of supermarkets such as Brew Bar, Cafe Bollywood, Chamosa,
Food Bazaar, and Sports Bar. Under Food bazaar banner, the company offers a wide range of both food and non-
food items, including, Rice, Pulses, Daily Consumable products, and other related products. The banner offers
products of both national and private label brands, namely, Nivea, Dove, Olay, Lakme, Pond’s and others. It
operates more than 148 stores across the country. The Fashion format operates various branded stores, including
Big Bazaar, Blue Sky, Brand Factory, Central, Lee Cooper, Fashion Station, Navaras, and Pantaloons. Under Big
