SCOTTSDALE CIVIC CENTER, Scottsdale, AZ.

Dates of Festival: November 6th, 7th, 8th, 2009
Festival hours: Friday 11am-10pm, Saturday 11am-10pm, Sunday 11am-7pm

The Civic Center is located in downtown Scottsdale frequented by both locals and tourists. It’s
a large open air area with trees, grass and ample parking.

Space may be reserved in multiples of 10 X 10 @ $500 per space. Electrical access will be
provided for your personal lights.

From experience, most Vendors provide their own tents, tables, electrical fixtures and all other
items necessary for set up.

Rental of tents, 8 ft. tables, chairs, linen, and lights is available at cost price to the festival.

You may reserve space by printing and completing the Vendor’s Contract Agreement posted on
this web site. Please mail the agreement, together with your deposit of $250.00 per 10x10
spaces reserved to the following address.
