Supporting RVCS with the “Kroger Cares” Program

           Students, Parents, Staff, Grandparents

How much do you spend on groceries and gasoline each week?
Five percent (5% ) will come back to our school if you “pre-
load” a school gift card from Kroger!

• We will be selling Kroger gift cards in order to support
RVCS. There is no cost for the card itself, but you must put at
least $5.00 on the card to start. John Bowles
• Each time you make a purchase at Kroger (groceries or Mission Trip to
gasoline) and use your pre-loaded card, 5% of the purchases
 will be credited to RVCS.
                                                                                       South Africa
• The serial number on the gift card is linked to RVCS. (Note
that other Kroger gift cards will not be linked to our school.)
In order to link you card to RVCS, it must be purchased from
the school with our account on the card.
• In order to continue to support RVCS on an ongoing basis,
add money to your card (“reload”) and then use your card
each time you buy groceries or gasoline at Kroger. The card Nathan Perkinson -
can be reused over and over at any Kroger or Kroger gas Mission Trip to
station. New York
• You can add money to your card or “reload” your card at
the Customer Service Desk at Kroger or you can ask the
cashier to “reload” your card before you check out with the
groceries. Five percent (5%) of all purchases will continue to
be credited to RVCS.
• When reloading your card, you can pay with cash, use a
debit card, or use a credit card.
• When paying for your groceries with your gift card, you can
still use your Kroger Plus card to get Kroger specials.
• Every four weeks, Kroger reviews our account and sends
either a statement and/or a check for 5% of the money from
your purchases to RVCS.

Summary: Each week (or once a month), when you go to
Kroger, stop at the service desk and “reload” your gift card
with the amount you usually spend in a week or month. Then
simply use your card to pay for groceries or gasoline. Have
the satisfaction that you are helping support the RVCS
ministry every time you “reload” your card.

It only takes a little time to make a big difference.

* Reminder* If you shop at Food Lion make sure to register
your MVP card online yearly! You have to re-register your
card for RVCS each year online!

                                         Prayer Need for RVCS

Would you pray for this upcoming school year more than ever before? We are seeking the Lord and asking
for His Divine touch upon the ministries and students of RVCS this year in a special way. Chapel services,
spiritual emphasis weeks, Bible classes, daily devotionals, and many more opportunities for discipleship and
“Spreading a Passion for God” are fast approaching, and we would sincerely covet your prayers for a
Biblical revival and spiritual awakening in our midst. Thank you for praying and seeking the Lord because
without Him, we can do nothing!

                                               Your Servant,
