 CONGRATULATIONS! Thank you for considering Feast @ Leaves and Fishes as the venue for your approaching event. Feast is an extremely private venue with lush natural surroundings. Hosting a relaxed, warm, unique, alternative with its understated elegance and attention to detail for a fuss free, perfect day for all guests to enjoy. Feast can cater for 80 seated guests or 110 cocktail style. Feast utilises an Italian style concept of shared food with up to four long tables catering for all your guests. Our shared banquet style allows us to suit a wide range of tastes, however individual meal requirements can be met with ease. Feast has a proven fresh, smart and simple approach to food, with passionate, renowned chefs experienced in creating seriously fabulous food. Menus are designed with a great deal of attention, highlighting the finest fresh seasonal produce available, Each dish featured has had attentive planning, incorporating distinctive flavours, colour, balance and nutritional values.  MORE ABOUT FEAST MENUS Leaves and Fishes offers a unique ever changing shared feast. The menu style, influenced by the seasons gives a personal approach to dining. Your guests interact, relax and enjoy good food made to share whether this be substantial cocktail food or formal dining. Enclosed are samples of our menus, as we always use the best fresh seasonal produce available, there may be slight variation. Please advise of any special dietary requirements. Final numbers and menu selection should be confirmed no less than 7 days prior. BEVERAGES Our beverages include a variety of premium beers on tap and a wine selection that compliments the menu by showcasing the best of the Hunter Valley. Sparkling water, soft drinks and orange juice. Feast adheres to the Responsible Service of Alcohol policy. We suggest you nominate one person at your celebration for our point of contact, should any alcohol related issues arise. DECOR Feast's emphasis is on the finer details.  TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING HOUSE POLICIES We are fully licensed and do not cater for BYO. Nothing can be nailed or adhered to the walls or ceiling. Accidents can happen. Please note if any do occur during your function any damage, additional cleaning or breakage must be paid for by you as a result of the booking agreement. Live music must be at a suitable level and must finish at 10.45pm. Feast is strictly non-smoking except for a designated area on the outdoor decking. As we have limited space special needs for your function should arrive on the day and be removed at the end of the day. We cannot accept any responsibility for anything left behind after a function. In terms of decoration, we prefer the restaurant to stay in tact and reflect the nature of the establishment. As such, it is requested that additional personalised decorations be kept to a minimum. Small requests may be accommodated but only on previous discussion with the event team. Although all reasonable care will be taken, Feast @ Leaves and Fishes cannot accept any responsibility for property lost or damaged prior to, during, or after the conference/function. BOOKING CONFIRMATION A booking can only be confirmed on receipt of a signed booking form. 25% of the estimated spend is due two weeks prior to the event. Due to any unforeseen circumstances or accidents we reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time and refund any deposit at any time. To ensure your function runs smoothly, final numbers will be required 7 days prior to the event. This number will be the amount charged for, any increase in numbers will be charged accordingly. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation must be received in writing 7 days prior to the event otherwise event deposit will be forfeited. TIMING Feast is available for lunch from 10.30 to 3.30pm, or Dinner from 5pm to 11pm.
