Exhibitor’s site size: 2.4 width by 1.2 depth. $400.00


All panels will be joined from one exhibitor’s booth to the next exhibitor, with
a wall divider placed between each exhibitor. So there will two sides plus
one backing wall for the 1.2m by 2.4. Exhibitor’s booths are black carpet
material and you can use pins or velcro dots to hang your displays. These
must be removed at the end of the show.

Please supply your own tables and chairs if you need them to display your
work.

General Information for exhibitors plus
what will be happening on the day of the
wedding show:
There is going to be a bridal fashion catwalk at the wedding show. Many
potential brides just love seeing the latest wedding dresses being worn. With
this being a major draw card to bring in prospective clients to the show it is
important to put this catwalk event on. These will be two fashion shows
being run – one at 12.00pm and the other at 2.00pm.

Can dress designers please let me know if you would like to be part of this.
There will be an extra cost to hire out models, get their hair and make up
done but it a great way to present your wedding dresses off to the potential
brides. The cost will be divided up by how many bridal dress designers take
part in this bridal fashion show. There will be four models so you will have a
chance to show of the best four dresses. Hair and make up will be done by
the exhibitors who are participating in the wedding show event by you all
going into the draw and two business will be selected to carry out the hair
and make up for the models. Your business names will be in the booklet.


If you would like little flower girls and page boys to be part of this please let
me know and please provide your own little people for the cat walk. Can
dress designers please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to
participate in this event with the flower girls and page boy’s.
For the suite hiring companies please let me know if you would like to
participate in the fashion show or you would rather display your mannequins
wearing the suits in your booth or beside the cat walk runway.

There will be a chance for exhibitors who specialize in clothes for the mother
of the bride and groom to show of what the latest fashion is.

There will be a booth set up for wedding car exhibitors; I am hoping there
will be enough space outside for you to display at least one car at the door
entrance at Ascot Park.

When we have confirmed numbers on exhibitors I will then do a floor pan
where you can pick your space for your booth. This will be sent out by e-mail
to you. Some site locations could be popular so first in with their pick of the
site will get their site. Please take responsibility to have a sign that
represents your business. No other business cards or flyers are allowed to
be advertised in the same exhibitor’s booth

All exhibitors are asked to contribute to a Bride and Groom prize draw such
as gift voucher or wee gift from their business. All potential Bride and
Grooms will be able to put their names into the draw when they arrive at the
door and this will be drawn at the end of the day.

There will be booklets given to each bridal couple with everyone’s business
names in it plus their website’s to take away with them. If you would like to
put a half page advert or full page advert you are most welcome to do this or
write about their business or display wedding photo’s plus a story about the
wedding couple then this can be arranged however there will be an extra cost
for this.

I have planned for the booths to be set up later in the afternoon on the
Saturday. So there will be an option for you to come in later Saturday
afternoon to set up your exhibitor’s booth. I will get back to you with a time
on this. You will be able to come in on the Sunday morning from 8am to set
up as well.

The show will start at 10.30 and all exhibitors stands need to be ready to go.
