Please note: The Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners may
address agenda items out of sequence to accommodate persons
appearing before the board or to aid the efficiency and
effectiveness of the meeting.

Public comment is welcomed by the Board, but will be heard only
when that item on the agenda is reached and will be limited to
five minutes per person. The president may allow additional time
to a given speaker as time allows and in his sole discretion.

      A. Status of LCB File # RO72-09/Notification to all
      licensees regarding change to 2011 or 2012 CE requirement.
      B. Draft regulations to LCB on the following:
         1) Suturing by licensed veterinary technicians.
         2) Monitoring of vitals by licensed veterinary
            technicians after-hours.
         3) Surgery logs and their contents.
          4) Removal of VIN from NAC 638.074 (1)
       C. Status of the letter that was mailed to Nevada Groomers
          and their response to anesthesia free dentals.
       D. NRS 639.236 & NAC 453.410 Pharmacy Board law regarding
          veterinarians signing off on all prescriptions filled.
       E. Veterinary Leadership by Dr. Rick DeBowes sponsored by
          the Board. Scott Bradley, DVM
       F. Board review of the NAVLE
       G. Quote for new computers and server.
       H. Revision Policy #002 Examination Scores
