This workshop will be linked to the 2009 Venice art Conference associated with this
year’s Venice Biennale. emphasis will be on developing spatial depth perception as seen
in the ancient Chinese, egyptian and australian rock art. Create your own unique fresco
using paper, plaster and natural colours. learn how to paint and incise images into the
wet plaster. participants are encouraged to wear old clothes and gloves and to also bring
incising tools and old brushes.
