associated with developing and retaining skilled employees. Has the economic
downturn impacted company's talent management processes in China? What are
companies doing to retain their key staff, and how are HR departments
handling effective use of training plans and budgets?

Learn from HR experts during an interactive Talent Management workshop session
on 5th November hosted by the Danish Chamber of Commerce in China and led by
Mirjam Thieme - Managing Director MB it-Consulting China. The workshop is aimed
at HR directors/managers and talent/training managers with the objective to share
best practices and to increase professional experiences among peers in the HR field.
