                                              TERMS & CONDITIONS

          Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), the largest Exploration and Production listed Company of Pakistan
having operations at 48 locations and fields in all the four provinces, intends to procure material / services for its operations. The
details about the company can be obtained from website http://www.ogdcl.com


2.      Sealed bids in duplicate along with 2% Bid Bond of the quoted FOB value (or the lump sum value given in case of
services) are invited for the material / services given below under Competitive Bidding Procedure on Two Envelope Bidding
System. Detailed terms and conditions and specifications of material are mentioned in the tender document.

3.         Separate Tender Documents for each Tender Enquiry can be obtained on written request from the Procurement
Representative at the reception of OGDCL, Head Office, Islamabad on any working day from 1000 Hours (PST) to 1200 Hours
(PST) enclosing a Pay Order/Bank Draft (non-refundable) in favour of Oil & Gas Development Company Limited, for an amount of
Rs. 500.00 for each tender. Firms/Suppliers of other cities may send their request along with P.O/D.D to GM (SCM) for dispatch
of tender documents through mail/courier.

4.         Bids of only those bidders shall be entertained in whose name Tender Documents have been purchased directly or
through a local agent, therefore, copies of Tender Documents should be purchased according to the number of principals.

5.        The bids will be received at the reception of OGDCL House, Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad, Pakistan half an hour earlier to
the Bid Opening Date & Time mentioned against each Tender Enquiry. Bidder(s) or their Authorized Representative(s) are
encouraged to attend the Tender Opening meetings. The dates for opening of the financial bids against Tender Enquires under
Two Envelope Bidding Procedures will be communicated to the technically qualified bidders upon the completion of Technical
Evaluation.

6. Bidders must provide their business details at the time of tender purchase including Address, Phone & Fax Numbers, E-mail
(if any) for effective communication. OGDCL will not be responsible for intimation of queries / information in case subject detail is
not provided.
